Travel FAQ

  • Yes, we offer the option to bring our studio to you, whether local, domestic, or international travel is required.

This is handled on a per project basis and requires logistics and communication to ensure our time at your facility goes as smoothly as possible.

  • Yes, we offer the option to come to your location and either build a repeatable in-house studio workflow from the ground up or increase the efficiency and workflows of your pre-existing studio.

While this option can also be done via video conference, it is much more efficient to handle this in person to explain lighting setups, editing workflows, and post-production deliverables.

  • On-site shoots follow our typical studio workflow but require a few additional considerations.

Travel is best suited for projects with a workload that justifies the trip, as bringing equipment and team on location involves extra planning and logistics.

For certain locations, we may rent equipment locally through trusted rental companies to ensure efficiency and reduce transport costs.

We also plan setups around the client’s space and available resources, which may influence timing, crew requirements, and production flow.

These factors are discussed in advance to provide a seamless on-site experience while maintaining the same high quality as our studio shoots.

  • Travel and setup are generally quoted separately from standard project rates, depending on distance, required equipment, and complexity of the studio setup.

For retainer clients, travel and setup efficiencies can be reflected in the pricing structure.

  • Every travel project is assessed individually based on location, workload, equipment, and crew requirements.

We balance the client’s needs with production efficiency, and always providing a detailed quote before work begins.

Clients which have us on retainer allow us to further optimize scheduling, reducing the overall cost per shoot while maintaining high-quality production standards.

  • Ideally, 2–4 weeks for domestic setups, and 4–6 weeks for larger or more complex projects.

This allows time for equipment prep, pre-production planning, and/or any consultation required to optimize your studio setup.
