During the initial consultation, we will discuss your brand goals and target audience to ensure your hero images effectively communicate your message as well as making sure they are designed for your primary advertising outlets.

For circumstances that involve items that are either too heavy or expensive to ship, we offer the ability to bring our studio to you. This is handled on a per project basis to iron out travel and logistics. Learn more on our travel FAQ.

Our goal is to bring your works to life while leveraging our expertise to capture your items or products in the best possible way.

Before production, we define the project scope together, including the number of shots, angles, compositions, and services.

While our creative minds works best when in a distraction free environment, we are more than willing to accommodate your presence during the shoot as long as it does not impede the shoot.

We also offer the ability to live-stream the shoot for an additional fee allowing you to see exactly what is coming out of the camera while we photograph it and make adjustments in the moment.

We offer professional color and tonal adjustments, as well as standard retouching/photoshopping for each image photographed ensuring professional results and clean backgrounds as well as limited revisions if needed.

For videography we offer professional color grading, tonal adjustments, dust removal, dynamic zooms and transitions, as well as the ability to transform any video into HDR videography.

Special photoshop requests and additional revisions are charged at an additional rate.

Minor adjustments or compositions are typically included within the agreed project scope and we provide test shots/proofs to make sure the creative direction is following your vision.

The number of revisions for each project is set beforehand based on scope of the project. Significant changes that require reshooting, such as a different angle, lighting setup, or additional items not originally planned, are considered out-of-scope and may incur additional fees.

We’ll always communicate these clearly and provide options to accommodate new requests.

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds, which cover adjustments within the agreed scope.

Additional revisions beyond that will be billed separately. This ensures that your project stays on schedule and within budget while giving you flexibility to perfect the final result.

Yes, we have business and studio insurance although clients are responsible for insuring their own items.

Yes, following many years handling numerous valuable items over the years, we make sure everything is handled with the utmost respect and stored securing when not being photographed.

Files are delivered in a way that is tailored to your end platform. We will deliver full-res files for advertising purposes.

These will be delivered securely via digital transfer with the option for hand delivery via USB.

Depending on the project, photo files can also be cropped to your given platform’s aspect ratio so you don’t have to worry about sizing.

Video files will be delivered the same way. For videos that planned to be used on the web, we offer the option to have us host your videos so all you need to do is place a code block given to you by us on your site and the video will appear without issue.

It is best to book your project at least a month in advanced. We do offer rush orders for an additional fee.

Our turnaround time for a project depends on the amount of material received and services requested. A two week turnaround is typical for five items containing both photography and videography.

Rush projects may be available depending on schedule, and would include additional fees.
