    Thoroughly filling out one of our Quote forms helps us present different options to you so you gain a better perspective on how to best utilize of our services, as well as meet your business needs.

  • All projects include an initial consultation, pre-production planning, professional photo/video services, and post-production editing, soft proofs, as well as deliverables tailored to your marketing platforms.

    Specific requests will vary depending on the project scope and deliverables.

  • Pricing is charged per project, allowing us to focus on quality and results rather than time tracking.

    Some services such as out-of-scope editing, photoshop work, or reshoots may be charged on an hourly basis.

  • Yes, most of our work is structured as packages but we do provide a la carte options.

    Packages provide a good framework for projects such as bundled photography & videography, while an la carte options allow you to pick and choose specific services for specific items ensure you only pay for what your project actually needs.

  • Yes, retainer engagements help bolster long-term visual strategy, consistent content creation, and more efficient production planning as well as dedicated scheduling, creative continuity, and streamlined workflows.

    These efficiencies may be reflected in adjusted pricing when compared to standalone project engagements.

  • Yes, a deposit of 50% of the final project fee is due at booking so we can block out those dates, and ensure our team is solely focused on your project during that time.

  • Rush projects may be available depending on schedule, and would include additional fees.

  • All photos and videos include a non-exclusive, one-year license for your website, social media, in-store displays, and local print materials. Paid ads or broader use require a separate license.

    Minor edits, like cropping or adding text, are allowed, while major changes need approval. After one year, the license can be renewed to continue or expand usage.

    Lens Objectives LLC retains the copyright to the images but additional usage rights, exclusivity, or extended campaigns may be quoted separately.

  • Paid advertising reaches a much wider audience and is designed to directly generate sales, which makes it a different type of usage than organic social media posts, in-store displays, or local print materials.

    Because the content is helping to promote your business to many more people, a separate license ensures that its value is properly recognized while keeping your standard license focused on local marketing and everyday use.

  • Yes, our retainers work by establishing the frequency at which you wish to use our services. This can be on a monthly or quarterly basis.

    We then bundle your project expectations for this time period and offer a 10% discount on the final fee.

  • We accept most forms of electronic payment.
