Editing Workflow FAQ

  • We help businesses streamline their editing workflows by creating consistent, efficient systems for managing all visual assets.

This includes setting up editing presets for color, lighting, and style to ensure every image meets brand standards, organizing folders and files for easy access, and setting up easy integration into your existing platforms so your team can work seamlessly.

Images can be uploaded, processed, and stored centrally, allowing for batch edits, version control, and easy handoff between shooting, editing, and publishing. The result is faster turnaround, consistent quality across all products, and a simple, repeatable process your team can follow every time.

  • Workflows can be fully implemented for your team to use, or we can manage editing entirely.

If you have in-house photographers or videographers, we can make sure their editing workflow runs smooth and is repeatable as well as optimizing organization and uploading of assets.

Alternatively we can handle the entire editing workflow through our editing services where you deliver your videos/photographs and we simply deliver your assets optimized for your given platforms and goals.

  • Our editing workflow is primarily set up for brands with in-house photographers/videographers.

But if you don’t have a studio yet, we can guide you step by step on how to design and build one that fits your space, products, and budget.

You can then offload post-production to us, or with precise editing and retouching that ensures every image meets your brand standards.

If a studio is out of reach for the time being, you can offload your footage/photos to us to elevate the look, ensuring color accuracy, proper ratios, and clean backgrounds as well as offering HDR videography helping brands to stand out.

  • When working with us on all fronts you get consistent lighting, accurate color, and polished final images without adding workload to your team.

We ensure each step of the process aligns with your brand’s goals and is optimized for your publishing platforms making sure aspects of your ratios are correct, text is not cut off, and cross-platform assets are consistent.

  • HDR, or High Dynamic Range, is an advanced video format that delivers richer color, stronger contrast, and greater brightness control than standard video.

It preserves detail in highlights and shadows, creating a more realistic and premium look. Even on dimmed screens, HDR maintains contrast and color separation, helping videos stand out while scrolling on social media with a more vivid, eye-catching presence.
